We have heard from customers stating they could not contact Sage technical support because the product does not come with support. The reason those sellers on ebay state there is no support is because the serial number they are selling is licensed and registered to another company.

(All Sage 50 products come with some level of technical support with Sage for 1 year from date of purchase.) Most of the fraudulent ebay sellers also do not accept returns. We've had customers that have purchased off ebay and Amazon that weren't told they were buying the Sage 50cloud product and a year later their data goes to read-only. That's when they find us to purchase a legitimate perpetual license of Sage 50.
