That's very tough and it was an immensely cruel and unfair thing to do to you. There is no excuse for that, particularly when you were just married. Despite the passage of time it may be hard to deal with. You have to accept that you may have to go through the full range of emotions now, even though this is a very ancient thing.
How old are you, this may have quite a powerful effect on your outlook generally, don't underestimate this and the effect it may have. Are you going to confront your wife or not?. Have you had a good marriage, what will the price be if you do? These are the questions you need to ask. If you are not the jealous type you may be able to let it go, in which case fine, but whether you like it or not your feelings are likely to be very hurt by this and trust is likely to be a problem for you. In my opinion unless you are very easy going and unjealous it will be hard to live with unless you get it out in the open. it will eat away at you, but only you know yourself.
You are not alone in this, something similar happened to me and despite the passage of time it still hurt like hell when the truth came out.
Think long and hard, work out what you needthen act, it may take time for this to sink in. Don't rush things, get advice from the people who post here, they are excellent and you will get the support you need
