I would suggest you to contact Wacom for supported drivers:If you have downloaded the driver and now facing the problem, I would suggest you to uninstall the driver and re-install it by downloading it from the manufacturer’s website.To uninstall drivers from the device manager follow these steps:a. Click on Start.b. Type “ Device Manager” without quotes in the search bar.c. Click on Device Manager.d. Select the device you wish to uninstall in the Device Manager window and uninstall it.e. Munsell to rgb online.

You can also uninstall by right clicking on the device and selectingUninstall from the context menu. A dialog box will open asking if you really wish to uninstall the driver. I recently upgraded from Win7 to Win10 and my Intuos2 stopped working. I'm running on the 6.12 drivers which are the last ones that support that model, and I can see the preference panel and everything, and the orange light comes on at the top of the tablet, but it's not registering any pen input. I'd rather not upgrade to the latest model if I don't have to.Has anyone else had trouble with old Wacom hardware in Win10?Edit: It looks like I actually have an Intuos GD, not an Intuos2, but the problem stands.
